Malfunctioning hot water heater was discharging hot water from the side of our home, flooding my neighbor's side yard as well as my own. One call to Hometown had a service repairman on his way within 30 minutes.

They have excellent communication, the technician calls and lets me know when they are on their way, and they show up on time.
