  Malfunctioning hot water heater was discharging hot water from the side of our home, flooding my neighbor's side yard as well as my own. One call to Hometown had a service repairman on his way within 30 minutes.
Repairs were completed quickly and professionally. The plumber was polite, explained the problem in details that we could easily understand. We will request this technician for any future plumbing issues. Great personal service!
