While this isn't really necessary, it's nice to know that the person coming to the service call, is someone who I've dealt with in the past. They know who I am and it's a friendly face. When I call the office staff schedules me for a time that works with my schedule. They have excellent communication, the technician calls and lets me know when they are on their way, and they show up on time. In the past year I have had Gonzalo with Hometown plumbing out twice, once to replace a kitchen faucet and once to fix a leaky toilet. He is so friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient.
