I finished up a huge repair that Hometown and their crew did for me about two months ago.
We had a leak in the copper piping in our house. We noticed it because it had soaked a part of the ceiling in our hallway.
It was after hours on a Friday. They came out within 30 minutes and diagnosed and fixed it, despite my Attic not being the easiest to get into, within an hour at a very reasonable price.
All said and done the gentleman who did the fix recommended a total re-plumb. He said the fix would last for years, but once you see a pinhole leak like that, more are very likely to follow. He didn't pressure or try and force the sale, it was offered as friendly advice. I told him I would think about it and get back to him.
After a little research I agreed with him and called him out for a quote. They came by on time and did what appeared to be a thorough inspection and review and gave me a quote that was under what I was fearing. He did mention that they are not the cheapest, nor are they the most expensive, but they back up their work with great warranties.
As they had already been absolutely professional in their dealings with me I decided to go with them.
The whole process, which involved going into almost every wall in the house, went much smoother that I could have expected. The two gentlemen on sight were nothing but nice and professional to myself and my wife. It is a hard balance to be both nice and unobtrusive while punching holes in every wall in a house, yet they managed it.
When the city inspector came out, he was impressed with the quality of the work. He mentioned that he has never seen an issue with any of their jobs.
I have waited a couple months to post this review just to make sure everything operated smoothly and consistently. It has.
I would recommend Hometown Plumbing to anyone wanting quality work at a more than fair price.

Home Town sent Zack out to assess our plumbing situation. Zack took the time to explain and answer all our questions. He wasn't pushy knowing that I was getting several bids for our job. Happily, we called this company back for another job. it's nice to hear transparency in bid and a 'what's best for your situation' quote instead of an up sale like I receive from a company that calls themselves 'Superior'. Give Hometown a call and get several bids. I think you'll find out for yourself what I have typed here is true!
